To keep the Online Photo Club a safe, creative, and respectful environment, we ask that all members follow the submission rules outlined below. These rules help ensure quality, fairness, and consistency for everyone involved. Whether you're participating in a weekly challenge or uploading to the community gallery, please review these guidelines carefully.
We accept photo submissions in JPEG (.jpg) and PNG (.png) file formats only. File sizes must not exceed 10MB, and images should have a minimum resolution of 1024x768 for clarity. Each week, we announce a photographic theme—examples include nature, portraits, urban life, or black-and-white. Members are expected to submit original work only; no copyrighted material is permitted. Entries that contain explicit, offensive, or inappropriate content will be removed and may lead to account suspension.
